White for me. You already have something in sunburst, as does everyone else. Love Olympic white, although better with green guard, as others have said.

Depends on the feel/response you’re after

maple board is silky and quicker response, and rosewood has open grain and grippier with more meat to the note. I prefer maple for rock and rosewood for blues.

Personally not a fan of roasted maple fingerboards. But the roasted maple neck with rosewood board, now that looks sweet, and I'd definitely be happy with that. A little oil to feed and darken the rosewood like @RaymondLin ; would just bring it to life.

So for me, the white one.

I think the sunburst with rosewood is the best looking of the bunch. 

I had my eyes on the black Peach special a while back

I don't really like either as the contrast between a black bobbing humbucker and white covered single coils jarrs badly for me, but if I had to choose then the 'burst.

Since when have Pro Series Suhrs been over £2500? I wouldn’t countenance either at that price. 

New Suhrs don’t hold their value - buy used would be my advice.

If you can find me a used dealer select with ML’s, a Thornbucker+ and a roasted maple neck then you’d be my hero and I would forever be in your debt.

Think I’m leaning more towards the white one now... been watching a lot of Shawn Tubbs videos, and he uses his a lot and it does look very nice.....
