The reverse delay on the Eventide Rose is the best I’ve ever heard. I know it doesn’t really do a tape emulation per se, but the range of modulation on it is huge. Worth a try.
    Yes Binty !

    Two Boss DD8s?

This would be more fun than a DD200.
Who needs presets? One pedal, other pedal, both together. Warp and Glitch modes for sonic terrorism. Fewer knobs to learn than a DD200, just have to use them all twice.
Boss put all the fun stuff on the 8 ( including Tape and Reverse).

    YMMV.

    Yes Eric !

I must say I'm attracted by the 'less knobs' thing.

  • Running two DD type pedals works really really well for when you just wanna rock, without cocking about with menus and all that. You can even use a Y cable to connect a tap tempo pedal to both of them at the same time. I ran a board like that for years!

    Bye!

Is running four DD's acceptable though lol?

Eventide Rose is overlooked, it’s a stunning sounding delay and has a great reverse mode, I miss mine.
