My Tele Partscaster, body and roasted flamed maple neck from GSPBasses.  I applied several coats of Danish Oil and this happened.

It's a brilliant guitar. Ended up with another Andy as well!
It's a proper grail LP for me, and testament to it that it's got loads of battle scars shows its an instrument that people wanted to play. It's my go to gigging guitar as well.

I agree.  But also, I wasn't expecting to see a guitar with a flamed back - these are the two photos on this thread which made my jaw drop.

(Also I have to say, love the back on that PRS.  I like the look of ash even more than figured maple.)

Crikey, I've never seen ash with flame like that!   (Those are very low frets, by the way, is that what they call a fretless wonder?)
