As re. that little place in Reading - I used to know the area well but haven’t been back for a long time. Pretty sure by now every ‘little place’ I used to know is long gone .

To be honest, I'm not sure it's gone, although I don't think it's a live music venue any more. It was opposite St Mary's church behind Heelas. I can't remember what it was called, but it was next door to the Purple Turtle bar. 
I haven't lived in the area this century.
