I did see a video a month or so ago about some of these.  They showed new a Hummingbird and J200 as well. Looking good.

I’m gonna have trouble resisting the Coronet. I’ve got a couple of old Epiphone Les Paul Junior 57reissues and after a pickup swap, (they both had P100s), they’re very nice little instruments.

I think that version of the headstock did exist back in the day for casino models. I googled a 64 casino and found images with that headstock.

You should only do that if it's an overly-bright example, in order to lower the tone.

'Nancy Wilson' is just a Nighthawk with a missing middle pickup.

Then I bow to your superior Epiphone knowledge! That said, I much prefer the old carved headstock (like the Riviera ones, ironically).

They don't show up there either. Weird - I assume a geographic blocking issue.
