How does this compare the the blackface Princeton Reverb Reissue?

There are a couple of minor circuit tweaks, it has a Celestion speaker and it's made in Mexico.
Although they list it as a Custom rather than a Reissue it's much closer to being a reissue than the other amps in the Silverface range.

It compares very well to the PRRI, it has a tad less headroom and possibly a little more mids, though make no mistake it's a very deep-voiced, rich, traditional Fender clean which sounds nothing like any other maker's 12w/10" speakered amp. They're both fantastic and can be tweaked to sound like each other.

Not to mention the circuit changes between this and the PRRI are very simple, so you could certainly mod this amp do be a dead-on blackface circuit if you prefer the Silverface cosmetics (like all people with taste).
