I have my ISP Decimator sideways.  When it was orientated 'correctly' I had a really quite unlucky experience where my cable brushed past it as I was moving around, knocking the threshold to a setting that cut off my guitar completely.  Turned sideways I've never had the issue again, plus it is an 'always on' pedal anyway.

I would turn it round the right way and replace the knob with a screwdriver-adjustable lockable pot, since you rarely/never need to adjust it once you've found the right setting.

But then I have quite bad OCD .

Edit: which includes going back to edit posts when the f***ing editor thing screws around with the font!!! Grrr.
