I've got a Gibson Custom box. 

It's the same, but they've deliberately left gaps on the flap areas for authenticity.

I’ve got an equivalent box from amazon, I think it’s just as good, and they’re made in the same factory anyway

If you upgrade the tape it’s as good as any genuine gibson box anyway.

It depends on its colour. If it’s white it’s ok

Apparently the Harley Benton boxes are every bit as good if you just upgrade the tape.

No that's only if it contains actual genuine manilla card, to get around this they now just use manilla extract
