Leicester (and Leicester-ish) folks - the tricky second outing

Busy time of year with work @Roland. I could be glad of the outlet, but equally may not be able to see the wood from the trees. Very much a maybe from me unfortunately, although the latter date seems the better of the two if I can squeeze it in.

Thanks for the tag but weeknights are quite difficult for me, work kids etc...

If we try a weekend job I will do my best to attend.

@Roland Hey thanks for picking up - was toying with doing the same thing! Both dates work for me, but pushed on a little later would be preferred - I guess now dependant on take up - lets see how it pans out.

@Dazza Yes, very dependent on take up, and we also need to allow for inevitable drop out.

I'm up for it in principal, but my work sutuation is up in the air at the moment, so I can't give a firm commitment right now. Be great to meet up though :-)

I’m happy to come in on vocals if required - I’ll stick a list of stuff on if that helps - can bring my strat but sounds like that is covered . However I would like to play through a proper Marshall for 1 song as a treat lol . 

Can someone give me an idea of how many songs I need to list please ?

Earplugs, and mic the amp through the PA, or use one of Quads amps which are in the room

My guess is eight in two hours. That allows for multiple run throughs. If you submit a long list attendees can vote for the ones they’d like.

The second jam wasn’t that loud. I think people were more aware of the volume.

Volumes noticeable if someone else is overpowering yours. We missed two tricks.
1. Putting the amps in the middle facing outwards. Then you hear yours louder than anyone else.
2. Setting the amp volume levels before we all started playing, and agreeing to turn your own guitar down when not soloing.
