Thanks again. I certainly thought it was a reasonable price. The build quality is superb, and as another gentleman recently pointed out in the thread concerning hand-made, high end guitars, an acoustic hand made with best quality materials would take a minimum of 100 skilled man-hours to build, so should cost a minimum of £3,000. Fortunately, I'm not desperate for the money, so I'll leave it on here until someone comes along who will appreciate it for what it is. I wouldn't sell it to the person who was so rude & offensive - even if he offered my asking price

I owned a John Hullah, amd it was a lovely geetar.

I bought it used direct from John, when I visited his place in Anglesey. Lovely guy, who literally built everything by hand.
spent a day with him and his lovely wife.

GLWTS - I bet this is a glorious instrument.

Although my original posting stated that the Hullah is for sale or trade, unfortunately, I am still suffering from the affects of a stroke, meaning that I can not fret the strings with my left hand (on any guitar). Obviously, this means an exchange deal is illogical, so the Hullah has to be on a sale basis only. Unless of course, Carol Vorderman, or Amanda Holden are on the lookout for a guitar, and take a fancy to the Hullah, in which case, I'm sure we could work out some sort of deal!
