Springsteen was never on my radar till about 10-15 years ago when I got it.
I was there in Hyde Park with @not_the_dj and @guitargeek62 when he opened with Thunder Road in 2012, just him and the Bittan on piano. I don't think there was a single person there not in bits
And Tenth Ave Freeze Out is at least 30% of the reason I want to find a horn section for my band...
I’m currently holed up in bed recovering from my vasectomy that I had this afto, so taking a nice timeout to listen through this album again sounds like a great idea to me. I’ve seen The Boss a few times now and love his story-telling approach to music; Nebraska will always be my favourite LP of his though, but BTR is next in line.

It's funny as this record doesn't actually have all the E Street band on half of it. Max Weinberg isn't on BTR and still can't play the tricky fill in the middle
