I don't know the site, but check whether there is any parking signage and whether you need to register your vehicle when you get there.

I've genuinely considered that after last time. When @merlin kindly picked me up from the station to pick my car up on the Monday despite assurances from the car hire people that it was now open it was locked when we got there. I was about to have a full on mental breakdown when someone rocked up to drop a vehicle back and happened to have a key. Otherwise I'd still be waiting to get in there!

On Google maps it appears to be on a trading estate with amble car parking and I can't see any gates that maybe locked/unlocked but I bet @soma1975 will find some
