Thread seems to be full of outraged middle aged and boomer males who enjoy playing blues on their expensive custom shops, Suhrs and PRS's in the spare bedroom ,complaining that some "yoof" has been mentioned as a world class artist.

All these 'Signature' models from manufacturers gets very samey.......I haven't heard of 70% of them
Who does that reflect more on though, you, who's never heard of them, or artists, who are successful enough that a company is making them a signature instrument?

That opening he did with Stormzy is probably this generation's equivalent of Metallica opening with Enter Sandman in Moscow (1991).
    Supercool!

    Who cares ?
Nobody is interested in guitar players anyway .......well,not since the mid 80s anyway
Bit on exaggeration. About 95% of the guitar music I care about was written more recently than that. And I'm pretty ancient.

Not a boomer and quite like the guy, so I'm bugger all use here

Peach are in the business of selling guitars and, by all accounts, are one of the best in the industry. Also there's probably a solid business case for Music Man making a Rabea signature and not a 'randella' model.

It's just retail. The world keeps spinning.

The original post was just laughing at the slightly silly and over the top marketing blurb from Peach.  Not a dis against Rabbea himself.

Just as an interesting observation about how famous YouTube musicians are or aren't.

I was watching the Josh Freeze episode of Rick Beato and he was genuinely excited to be on the show and was clearly very familiar with Rick and was talking to him like an equal.

I'd never heard of Josh Freeze so looked him up. He's done a lot of drummering I like, so that's a nice bit of learning fir the day - ta.

In terms of 2000’s rock he’s probably the most prolific drummer. As he mentions a huge percentage of albums released during that time are him even if they say they aren’t.

This also goes to show that even as someone who I know to have a very deep knowledge of music you weren’t aware of a someone who is probably one of the top 5 most prolific drummers of all time who was in GnR, NiN, Foo Fighters, Perfect Circle and Devo.
