Yeah its not really possible unless you had a model of the pedal in there.

I notice the setting indicator gives "ballpark" settings, like it just goes "feedback was roundabout in the last third maybe" I assume this is because setting each pedal to the exact same knob position would sound awful.

As one of the few Gay posters on here, I have to agree with @hugbot regarding the importance of knob positioning.

Hard work but yeah, we're getting there.

So much gardening, painting, decorating and unpacking to do.

And whilst Alistair does all that, I've had to rebuild my pedalboard twice.

Tried a few of them and was surprised how similar some sounded that I know are quite different in reality, and how a few of the settings seemed poorly chosen. Or maybe that's really what pedals sound like when we stop kidding ourselves :).

And the default clip is f***king COLDPLAY?!!!

At least the 'JimiJam' one isn't too bad. Doesn't work on a Les Paul though ;).

That's a bit unfair as there's clearly going to be more heavy lifting involved in sorting out
your pedalboard than the gardening, decorating and unpacking combined.

I've just looked at the section on compressors. Of academic interest I suppose, but it's rather like comparing different brands of vanilla ice creams.

The Bigsby was the first successful design of what is now called a whammy bar or tremolo arm, although vibrato is the technically correct term for the musical effect it produces. In standard usage, tremolo is a rapid fluctuation of the volume of a note, while vibrato is a fluctuation in pitch. The origin of this nonstandard usage of the term by electric guitarists is attributed to Leo Fender, who also used the term “vibrato” to refer to what is really a tremolo effect.
