A bit off topic but I've just been thinking that someone should do a remake of Akira.

I think I read somewhere they're doing a live action hollywood version.

It COULD be totally awesome.....could be pants to though.

I've got a cool idea for a story loosely based on Akira with a little bit of the matrix thrown in. B-)
