Gator pedaltote, large and heavy but sturdy and reasonably priced

  • Pedaltrain Pro and Jr. Solid design and it's easy to mount power and cabling underneath.

  • Pedaltrain Jr for me, formerly a Diago Showman user for many years.

Diago commuter for me .. not the best thing out there but really compact what's good as I'm always on the tube with it.
Would love to try one of those smorg if they were 500x300.

  • Just moved from a Diago Gigman which I have used for years to a Pedaltrain Jr - great to be able to put the power supply, buffer, splitter and all the cabling under the board.

Building one tomorrow morning. I do have a big trex tone trunk but it's just too big for me now.

Those cheapo kinsman and stagg ones. :)) I don't gig, though, if I did I'd want something more sturdy. The main reason I have them is to make the room a bit tidier and keep at least some dust off the pedals.

^the stagg he is sturdy. he can gig. How do you keep flying pints of beer off the pedal board is the question.

    Emma electronics:

This picture is a bit out of date.  It now has another Strymon, the Cruiser is gone, and the M5 is for sale in the classifieds.

It's similar to a pedaltrain (probably inspired by) but the dimensions of their big one are better than the PT3.  It's wider but not as deep.  I don't want 3 rows of pedals.

Edit:  Forgot to mention it's also a bit cheaper than a pedal train.

  • @crunchman - can you still mount power supplies underneath and if so, what power supply and mounting kit would you use?

There is room underneath - it's about the same front to back as a PT2.  I'm using a Hot Stone Deluxe underneath it.  They do supply you with spare velcro for the power supply, but that used to keep coming loose so I reinforced it with a couple of cable ties.

+1 but I also have a MASSIVE Mal Chapman GigRig board with all my big old pedals on which I never use any more.

I have a Diago Tourman which is empty and takes up a large slice of vertical space, as it is too big to be practical!
I actually use one that a mate (who is a cabinet maker) made for me. Unfortunately, I just guessed at a size and have always regretted not asking for an extra inch all round (oo-err!) but it is almost perfect!
