Lower back pain and pissing blood

Loads of cycling this week and lower back pain, just been for a number 2 and stood up to see blood in the bowl, and dribbling out of the old chap. Deffo bright red blood and not beetroot as I havent eaten it for a while. Guess I need to see my GP on Monday. Hope to fuck it isnt kidney stones (or worse), just drank loads of water so will be pissing again soon, oh fuck.

Yep, don't hang about.  Peeing blood always needs to be checked out -- even if it's caused by something "trivial" like the trauma of sitting your bollocks on a bike saddle for too long.

As the forum's resident specialist kidney-advisor, I would suggest A&E first off. Could simply be an infection, could be stones, could be bladder, but it could also be other things.

Oh, and have you by any chance checked the diameter of a Granada clutch cable, and the diameter of a doctor's middle finger lately?

Just rang NHS hotline, the out of hours GP is calling me back, just forced out a piss and it was clear. scary though. Im thinking kidney infection/stone. Dont fancy trying to piss out a kidney stone to be honest.

That's good news. I've never pissed out a kidney stone, but it's probably preferable than having the old camera up your Jap's eye.

sounds like an infection of the kidney, don't fuck about, get to a&e before you end up a dribbling mess on the floor,

You should see the size of my stones. They're unlikely to fit down the tube, unless you can get something the size of a pecan nut down there.
