As others have said - sounds like a kidney problem.     I had something similar a few years ago - I felt a bit groggy and thought it was flu, the next day I had similar symptoms so popped to the docs...  they called an ambulance and I was in hospital for a week drifting in and out of consciousness while they tried to get my temperature down.  Stones had led to an infection and left me in a mess. 
If you haven't done so - go to the doc's now.

Spoke to the out of hours and he told me to keep an eye on things. Ive pissed clear since but have made an appointment. I feel fit as a fiddle.Doc says there is a possibility of mild trauma from cycling? Thanks for the concern fellas, Got the car for work over the next week

Assuming it is temporary, and not something that needs fixing, drink plenty of cranberry juice to lower the chance of infection. It does actually work

Wisdom for that @ToneControl. Apparently cranberry juice has something in it that makes it much harder for bacteria etc to get, quite literally, a grip on the urinary tract. The ladies have known about this for many years.

Especially when watered down with Vodka. Just to be on the safe side of course.
