A friend has a framed, scorched, A4 sheet that was first given to him when he started a particular job. It was originally stuck to the wall in his office and says "Adam Smith safety officer, God help us all." (names changed to protect the sort of innocent). To be fair, it wasn't actually his fault the lab was gutted by fire.
