    I know *nothing* about USA property or that area of Hollywood, but that place is going for about the price of a terrace in North London.

    If it wasn't for that pesky having to work thing, (and the lack of just over a bar in cash) then I think I know which I'd rather live in :D

    Thought Vai would have a huge palace...maybe this is just his LA stop over pad!
