Not my first, but I rediscovered the delectable heroine Jane, whilst Googling a few fondly remembered, err, names  :)

Oh for the days before all that hypocritical PC stuff, and "actor" now meaning either sex is a bizarre example.  Just watch current adverts or music videos to see how shallow that assertion really is, plenty of examples of non PC role reversal too.

Anyhoo, now onto the completely non PC stuff  :)
Every week was an excuse for clothing disappearing, ripping, of just good old fashioned falling over and flashing some pristine silk and lace and linen.  (so probably not safe for your reputation at work, or at home !)

Having said that, the heroine, Jane, is smart and beautiful, more than can be said for the male stereotypes here  ;)

The title sequence from BBC2's Jane

    Duration 0:52

    Ripping yarns ?

    Duration 0:32

    Duration 3:57

Bumper compilation, in the capable hands of the strip heroine Jane, getting to grips with a variety of situations.  So just like the colonel, keep a stiff upper lip chaps  ;)

    Duration 41:43

Season 2 ~ Jane in the Desert

    Duration 47:57

Once I got to about 11 it was in truth just about any woman on TV.

    Seriously.

Bizarrely I think my first (pre-pubescent) crush was Shirley Maclaine.  After puberty I developed more predictable interests in the doe-eyed and busty.

Can I just throw Ann Margaret into the mix...  Particularly wearing the white cat suit thing in Tommy, just before she got plastered in baked beans and chocolate/poo.

is it crazy how saying sentences backwards creates backwards sentences saying how crazy it is?

Didn't even know she was in that film. I liked her in that Bond film.
oh yeah she was Dr Christmas, lol, you've got to love the character names in Bond films!

I've never seen the whole film, but as a teenager I may have repeatedly watched a certain scene involving her and Neve Campbell with Piers Brosnan in a film called Wild Things.

    Brosnan wasn't in Wild Things!

    It was Matt Dillon
In my defence it was never the guy I was watching in that scene!!
Always be yourself! Unless you can be Batman, in which case always be Batman.
My boss told me "dress for the job you want, not the job you have"... now I'm sat in a disciplinary meeting dressed as Batman.

I wouldn't quite consider the appreciation of a beautiful woman to be particularly sexist Holn.
