Practicing "Are you gonna go my way" is tearing up my middle finger on my fretting had, taking the skin off the callus, I'm sure it'll harden further (not many songs I've learnt require bends that high up the neck on the middle finger), but for now, I'll name the condition 'Kravitz finger' :)

Any songs caused you pain and given you an equivalent 'condition'?

One of the first songs I tried to learn on bass was Billie Jean.

Keeping that riff going for the whole song just about made my left hand fall off. Owww.

I got a bad case of Jazz neck once. 2 hour jazz lessons cause me to have a stiff neck from sitting on a Jazz stool. Nasty business Jazz neck, like whiplash without the payout.

Funny this. I'm getting over a bit of tendonitis at the moment. Apparently on the inside of your arm it's called golfers elbow. I thought I'd reclaim it for guitarists and call it Fingerers Forearm. :D

Hey - you guys not heard of key changing??

Just rework in another key! - If recording, just retune the recorded part back - simples! = NEVER be a slave to fashion...
