I have had some issues recently with failed PA speakers

These Germans... coming over here showing us us how to do Customer Service!

For a large Company they are actually surprisingly approachable I like dealing with them.

Bastards tried to deliver today and they had the downright cheek to choose between 8-5 when I was at work. Never using them again.

In the interest of balance, they're not infallible. I preordered a Blues Junior Tweed, paid for it, then had to cancel the deal for one reason or another. I told them and they said they'll refund it, no problem. 5 weeks later and still no refund. Every email reply I get is 'we're looking into it'. Stop looking into it and give me back my money!!!

I managed to scoop a 30 euro voucher for telling them how much I loved their patch cables and guitar straps. It was difficult, but so worth it.

I guess it does!  They even have professional people reviewing the reviews and they approve them so I guess mine must have been pretty special.

I could only manage the short reviews. I'd ordered a few things in the past so I got 5 each for the 6 things I'd bought. It might have earned me more, but I just couldn't stretch it out that much for the long review - they were only patch cables! 3 years at uni learning to meet word counts was wasted on me.

I hope you structured it properly with an introduction, hypothesis, middle and conclusion, or those euros are ill-gotten.
