Manic Street Preachers playing The Holy Bible at Cardiff Castle... They came back to do a greatest hits set and at the end James smashed up his white Les Paul Custom. It's suffered two headstock breaks already, but I doubt it'll survive what he he did to it tonight. RIP.

I watched him smash it into the drum riser several times but it still seemed to be in one piece. BBC Wales was broadcasting the gig, so you should be able to check it out on iPlayer soon,

This. It's Wire's bass that they take it in turns to destroy. White LP safely intact on stand behind JDB.

Saw them in Wolverhampton on Monday. Predictably set 1 was ace, set 2 a bit rubbish. James had an awesome guitar tone, not sure that comes across at all on the Cardiff footage.
