Our Maud is 4 years younger than me.  When we met (39 years ago!) she was 21, I was 25.  We married the following year (1975).  

I still call her "young woman" and she still calls me "old bugger"...

I'm 6yrs younger than Mrs Fab.  I've never got on with younger women as partners.

Age is irrelevant IMO. I was after a slightly older woman and ended up with a very younger one.

Mrs Oct is 13 months older than I. I've dated younger women before, never more than 5-6 years though. I'm not looking, of course, but I doubt I'd be interested in anyone in, say, their mid 20's. I spend a lot of time with young adults as I'm at university. They mostly seem to be a good bunch but I do feel like I'm a different generation- because I am. I wouldn't want to be the older guy dating a woman half my age- no offence to anyone who is- but I'm happy with things as they are and embracing the middle years.

There's not much of an age gap but I'm 25 and my girlfriend is a school teacher (23) so I get some funny looks when I talk about my "girlfriend's school" or "my girlfriend is on half-term at the moment."

My most recent partner was 13 years younger than me, age difference wasn't a problem until she had a mid life crisis shortly before her 40th!

My gf is ten years younger. Has always worked fine. Not sure we'll stay together when i go to uni though
