I believe Marlin swapped them out, it's often said the Ptrons don't really suit Annies - I've never had some so that's second-hand. The Classic+ are around 8k winds so have more poke than your normal Classics and HS Filters, more middy but still have the chimey top end. The cleans are epic as you know, and they bark with dirt. I really like the Blacktops too as in Shark_Eyes guitar, the bottom notes are tight and punchy with some dirt and they bite at the top like a Filter should. Gotta love a Filtertron!
