Triple vote: Best Dr Who, best assistant and best James Bond

Which are your favourites. Surely no two of us will pick the same three?

I have really liked Matt Smith, but there is something about the Dr Who of your childhood, so my vote goes to Jon Pertwee. Best assistant  for me was Catherine Tate - they ditched the lovelorn action women and went for emotion and conscience. Bond has to be Sean Connery.

It's a close thing between Baker and Pertwee, but I think Tom has the edge, so for me it's Baker, Sladen, Craig (by a country mile).

This is a toughy. 

My Dr Who was Sylvester McCoy so I'm probably the only one on here that likes him, but I'd have to go Ecclestone narrowly pipping Tom Baker. 

Amy Pond was a great character, but I'd have to go for Rose as a perfect story arc and providing a brilliant continuity between Ecclestone and Tennant. 

Bond is easy. Other than the 3 Daniel Craig films I don't like any of them.

I'm guessing Lalla Ward if so brain said Lalla and penis said Lis Sladen, thusly penis wins. Bloody close though.

I will not apologise for nearly choosing Roger and his eyebrows, because he carried off a camp but tough Bond effortlessly. Just witness those safari jackets, plus he had jaws, space shuttles and some very foxy Bond girls.
