Every day I feel the same age, that is the age that I am. Each day of my life has felt different and I have been a different age.

not any more, occasionally an office, street or supermarket can give me 14 year old ideas

I used to eat Turkish kekabs from Opuz on Old Compton street every single day though. No Pret for me thanks

I suppose I felt 25, from 25 until I hit 50. Then I suddenly started feeling a lot older. These days I feel ready to be pensioned off, even though HMG is moving my pensionable age back over the horizon. I don't think I'll last long enough to collect a pension.

I feel about 40 most days, even though I'm 58.  I work out a lot and have a physically demanding day job, so that helps.  Some days I have a little more trouble shaking it all off and getting moving, but it's usually self inflicted.  One thing though, I still crank the stereo when a good song comes on(The Offspring, certain hits from the 60's and 70's, most Black Sabbath music.....

Like my IQ I like to keep it in single figures, so I can justify watching old cartoons.

But for real mentally somewhere around 21 at the sweet spot for most things.
