I have had a Carlton Combo for a good while its been slightly temperamental but a great sounding amp.
Today whilst recording, it decided to just Buzz and Humm, nothing would work, due to Work and life stress in epic proportion this last week this was the last straw and it all got on top of me so I threw it out of my window into the Garden. it felt great at the time but after finding out it was the fucking lead that was the problem, I have realised what an absolute tool I was and should not have took my life stress out on my poor amp like a god damn child.
It was my own fault, I am an idiot and have never done anything like this before and won't again.
So what amp would you recommend for the front room? I have my live rig at the lockup so need something Small, cheapish and great sounding, I don't mind tranny or valve.
What would you recommend?

We plugged it back in and it was fine, though it had landed on the lawn rather than on the drive.

I'm properly gutted it was a great amp, but hey we all have breakdowns, (my first in decades) it's just a shame the carlton took the brunt of it........
Great looking amp @digitalscream but it's a bit to powerful for the front room,

In seriousness, I love mine. It sounds bigger than it should, and when Mrs. Randella's out I can crank it to its sweet-spot without pissing the neighbours off (too badly).
Edited to add - it sounds great through a 1x12 too.
