For my Malmsteen build I got a generic '62 one off ebay for around £13, they sent a modern hole by mistake, but I couldn't be arse arguing it, so bevelled a neck access bit out of it anyway and actually of you look at the said guitar I was ripping off, it has a later plate on it anyway.  The holes match up OK and it's decent quality and the right template.

I printed off and laminated (selotapated) a modern 11 hole template last night after realising I'd bought a plate without checking, after all it is a Booboo guitars body...it fits beautifully!

this build is taking shape and starting to look very promising indeedy! the Wilkinson WVPC bridge arrived yesterday, what a well made tidy unit it is!

They are good, but it bugs me that they have Wilkinson stamped on them.
