He's right. My club, Fulham, seem to sack a manager then seemingly forget they need a replacement. Same with players, we sold Dembele to Spurs and never recovered.

Saw some interesting figures the other day regarding how much money clubs had received from the Premier league. 

 Fulham have had half a billion quid for just being in the Prem. 

 That's mind blowing, isn't it?   Especially when you consider how close they were to dropping into league one a few weeks ago.... Gross mismanagement.

If I was in Vardy's position, I would stay at Leicester if they match the offer AND you were sure that Kante and Mihraz were staying; unsure about any of those things and I would go to Arsenal.

He should go. He is 29, hasn't played top level football for that long and Arsenal are doubling his wages. He has already won the league at Leicester and won't match that again: at Arsenal he might. Leicester should stick in another 20m and give Lukaku champions league football.
