Even if there are, the first human transmission powerful enough to have been detected outwith the Solar System is thought to have been the TV broadcast of the 1936 Berlin Olympics, so they'll think we're all Nazis anyway.

It is, for example, quite possible that FTL travel isn't possible at all, even if cheating. At that point why would anyone take on a really long journey just to say hi?
