@professorben - it is a long-standing tradition of theFretboard, that, whenever a member needs a bit of luck, with, say, a job interview, or a medical diagnosis, or some such, s/he asks the members to contribute "lucky poos" in support of the cause.  It's a bit like "break a leg" for thespians.

And so, as soon as is convenient, said members "donate" their next bowel movement to said cause. 

All except @Sporky, of course, on account of his having married into the gentry - he has his noble canine Sprocket perform the duty.
