What's this: "parsererror (SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0)" ? Why does it put a space at the beginning of each post ? Why don't the smileys work ? Why doesn't the quote function work properly ? Am I going to be banned for asking ? Why isn't it putting in carriage returns ? I typed all of these on separate lines and they've come out like this.

1 - The parsing error is a problem with the search plugin.
2 - The "space at the beginning of each post" isn't actually a space, it's a few pixels' worth of gap caused by a style issue.
3 - The smileys do work.
4 - The quote function does work.
5 - 3 & 4 suggest to me that you haven't followed the instructions in this thread (and many others) regarding issues with the editor, and so...
6 - Yes, you probably will get banned, which make the atmosphere a bit awkward in the modmin area
7 - See 5 & 6

As this thread has matured in an issues discussion, I have a problem with Callaway golf balls. They always seem to go towards the rough on the right hand side of the fairway. The refresh button on the ball does not work either. Another one of those days!

Buying a new toaster for £4.50 at Asda, setting it to my desired toastlyness, but it being locked inside a quote box for its not yet precise browning and there not having been enough refreshing by virtue of re-toasting to have rectified such a multi platformed embuggerance. 

Proper put me off me morning cuppa it did.
