The lady provided prices. As stated, happy for people to challenge them. I've not had time to do a full investigation myself, although will.

Very decent of you to help her out with this, and some very nice guitars too.
You may want to bear in mind the rule about deleting content, and pop the  prices  back in the OP though...

eBay sold prices less eBay & PP fees would give a realistic idea of what sellers are currently expecting to get (if they can deal with the eBay hassles that is)

Nice gesture what you're doing. I did same a few years ago for the wife of a guitarist mate who passed too soon.

You can edit the original post via the black cog wheel top right.

Personally I think some of the prices are high, certainly the Gibson 359 and the Martin 000-28EC. I don't think people will 'simply make an offer' either. I think it's human nature to be more likely to just turn away if you think everything is overpriced.

 I would look on ebay at the sold prices for these guitars and amps, take an average and then deduct 10-15% for fees and that's the kind of price you're likely to be able to achieve. The market is really tough at the moment and unless it's an exceptionally rare or desirable item, setting the asking price at the top of the range will mean it languishes and simply doesn't sell. In this market it can take a very long time to sell items, even when they are priced at 'the going rate'. Good luck with it.

Did she give you an in idea on what time scale she wants to get all these sold by?
I ask since that will affect the prices  that are possible

Tbh if it's a collection of a few guitars like this and she's wanting to sell the i would suggest that she either puts them in an auction or sell through a shop then she's going to get get the market value but with all respect I think your going to be a bit shocked at the price that you'll realically get in today's market. 
Theres a couple of nice guitars but nothing rare or really tasty if you get what I mean.
The biggest problem is when someone comes to sell a few guitars like this is that people start telling them that they are worth this that n the other but it's never them that's actually got the money to buy them. Lol.
for an example if you look on ebay completed listings 
Theres the identical martin 000-28EC that sold on the 1st of june at auction for £1,663.99. Then obviously take away the ebay n paypal fees your not talking about a great price but that's how the market is here at the moment.

With some price adjustments, I'm confident they will go for more than a shop would pay. A shop's mark up will fat exceed EBay cuts, so some good private deals leaves everybody happier. Hopefully!

I'm not sure why some people are saying you should take ebays selling average then reduce by 10'20%, the buyer doesn't pay those fees,  the seller does.  those completed prices are what the public are willing to pay. 
I may be completely missing the point here, please enlighten if so.
