Shoot it. Badgers are a pain in the arse. If you get them all in a mass badger genocide, you'll notice that you'll start getting ground nesting birds and hedgehogs back in the garden.

You can cull them and claim £7,580 for each Badger from DEFRA, OR vaccinate them from TB and claim £700.00 each. The choice is yours. Better still take @RandallFlagg's advice and ask the Badger's Trust.
