I do have a work number for him, but (a) I don't want to embarrass him by calling his place of work, and (b) I fear that there may be more than one "Phil" there, so I'd have to describe him, "carefully".

Had his old home number before he moved. I've been to his new address but not got it written down. Strangely I was going to pm you @TTony in case you had his new home number. Worst case scenario is a visit to his local pub and wait for him to show up.
