Not quite a Burns Buzz-a-round clone. It’s a bit different (got an op amp in the first stage). Still sounds cool as hell though.

Lament Configuration £250

It consists of 5 silicon fuzzes and a boost. Bypass turns the effect on and off, select cycles through the fuzzes, Boost boosts on demand and is entirely independent of the rest of the effect.

No demos, but it does like a crunchy amp rather than a clean one if that helps.

It does, thanks. I run a clean amp and get dirt from pedals, thought maybe this would add a bit of tube niceness to my overdrive? Its a Hot Rod Deluxe.

What's the size of the enclosure on the tight metal? I'm squeezed for space on my board but you can never have enough drives.

So it will work with a nice clean amp? Oh dear. Ummm. Judging by your website it is literally a tiny Marshall in a box, yes?

Sort of, it's the more Marshally of the two single tube ODs we built. What it essentially does/sounds like is an additional gain stage in your pre-amp. So it can make a single channel amp sound like a dual if you see what I mean.
