How do the G&L Tribute series compare in quality with Fender MIM Classic? Also, what are the necks like? A bit of googling suggests the necks are slightly on the skinny side.

I'd opt for the MIM over G&L Tributes - G&L's are okay but Fender have improved spec etc on MIM models and to me they are far superior build to those far eastern Tributes - necks will be similar but subtle differences regarding dimensions
