Jazzmaster and Tele both fitted with Mojo pickups.
Despite owning numerous Ibanez, Levinson and Gibson guitars my main two for the past three years have been my Tanglewood TW45FLMB Floretine Acoustic and my 1983 Squier SQ CST50 Strat...

But my go to is currently my Fender Kotzen Strat. I was playing it earlier through my Blackstar Artisan 30 on the 10 watt setting & it sounded gorgeous.

Third is probably my PRS Custom 24 Floyd. It's a very consistent guitar live. Always sounds fat & punchy.

I used to have a choice of dull or harsh, but the magnet swap totally transformed it into a PAF style I can really dig into even with a fair bit of treble on the amp, and I can use the bridge pickup clean without any compression.
The 57+ is fine in a semi or full hollowbody, but I find them vicious with a maple-capped solid.
On a side note, it's a small world. I work with your brother.
My Strat PRS
Then its a tie between:
My 335
Or my SG (old pic... now has nickel covered Classic 57s)
And the third....
My Jazzmaster (slightly old pic, now has a Mastery Trem to match the bridge):
Obviously... I reserve the right to change my mind and select another guitar at a later date. ;-)
You need to unsolder the cover, take the adjustable polepiece screws out, loosen the four baseplate screws underneath, then slide the magnet out.
Remember which way up it was and test polarity by seeing if the either the top or bottom is repelled or attracted to another magnet from your fridge or wherever.
It's simpler than it sounds, there are plenty of videos online about it.
