So here's the thing, I re strung my Les Paul today, and i removed all strings to do my 6monthly lemon oil and fretboard treatment.
As i massaged the oil in i noticed that the 7th fret inlay was lifting and had some play when when touching. All other inlays are fine. Is this common? and easily fixed, Ive had the Guitar for 3 years and it was Purchased New from PMT Cambridge, im not sure if i still have my receipt but the guys there did take my details down on there computers. Is this something that can be fixed under warranty?
Its strange tho because i don't know how its happened to be honest i don't play her as much as she should my go to guitar is my strat but i love her all the same and she's in immaculate condition.
All my guitars are in a room that is regulated with modern aircon/heater unit, the temperature is always constant and humidity is as per the 40-60% healthy recommend humidity level. the the aircon switches between heat and cool as needed to keep the room the right temperature and humidity I've always been quite ocd with the the room temp and humidity and i even got a monitor to make sure even the air purity is safe using some tech and a cloud based app.
Basically i know that environment is perfect! its not damp, cold, dry or full of impurities so im not sure how it happened?
Any advice or if PMT are on here can they advise how i should proceed to get it sorted. is it common for this ti happen?
cheers everyone.

You could find a friendly luthier to refit it - not an expensive job, or if you are handy I'd be tempted to get it out and reglue it.
Any idea why why its happened like I say I use a decent aircon unit to make sure my studio is at optimum air comfort and health.
I have now won 623 iPhone 7's and have enough viagra to keep an elephant going for 4 years.
You might have to wait, but in the meantime the worst that could happen is it falls out - which would save him some time anyway
