Not sure if anyone will be interested in this. Nice looking guitars, but way out of my price range:

Too much gain... is just about enough \m/

Bloody hell. Imagine discounting something by that much and still not having much interest.

Edit: just looked and I can understand why.

They're just CNC-tastic GJ2s at double the price.

Try the neck profile before you buy, but I'd recommend G&L are better.

Lol tastic, I'd rather eat my own head than spend 3k on a solid body not to mention one which will be rivaled by a Mexican charvel.

I don't mind the copper one, but the relic job is way overdone for my tastes.

I think for the right player, they're very good guitars. Way too hot pickups for me, but then Friedman amps are aimed at the same classic rock style

I would buy a Luxxtone if I was spending that kind of money and wanted something in this style.

Grover Jackson makes these I believe, in case anyone cares.

Edit: just realised Peach discloses this in the product description. Nevermind. :) Price now seems the right one for what they are - at full price not so sure..

They'd be overpriced at a grand. Much rather have an import Charvel, Jackson, Schecter - just about anything really.

I've got one of the T style ones. I like it.
It's as well made as anything else at that price, solid tuning, neck is fitted well.

Remember when every single guy on youtube was playing a Friedman? I guess Dave didn't keep up with the incentives as they all seem to have moved on now.
My Trade Feedback Thread is here

Been uploading old tracks I recorded ages ago and hopefully some new noodles here.

I actually don't hate the headstock (it's worlds better than a James Tyler, for example) but the relicing is pretty dodgy. Now if they took £1000 off the price of some Friedman amps that would be a very different story....

edit: this one doesn't look completely awful...

I did think as I looked through them that if I had the money to buy one I'd probably get a Charvel Pro-Mod and pocket the spare £2k.

I also thought if I was spending all that money on a guitar I'd at least want a sculpted heel joint...

I had one was a very nice guitar.

Just didn’t like the control layout in the end.

Mine new was £2200 when they first came out so £2000 doesn’t seem cheap.

Also was a huge step above any of the Mexican Charvel I’ve owned.

To be fair more or less everything is 'cnc-tastic', isn't it?
