Jason has a lovely Dusenberg that really caught my eye when I last saw him play.
new record is all Stratocaster. Think he says as much in a podcast somewhere which is strange seeing as he loves that ‘59 Les Paul something terrible!
The only difference is increased US labour costs.

Also, the £1200 price point....I wonder if people haven't updated their thinking for general price increases. That's more of a mid rather than a high end price point these days. Depending on spec, you'll pay that for guitars made in China and Korea these days. Getting non-generic pickups and hardware and a nitro finish (whether you like roadworn or not) for £1200 is comparatively good going.
