Have a look at Palladium, see if there is a sale on any of their boots. In the sale they are good value.
Also have a look at Blundstone boots - good value again, and last for ever.
Whatever you get - lather them in nickwax or similar regularly.
Boots are something worth spending a bit on if you can. Good ones can last decades. Another Redwing fan here. They ust get better with age.
Apart from sandals and safety boots they are all I’ve worn since
I haven't found them available anywhere other than an ebay seller and at a much higher price than I paid. I got them for £35 + £7 P&P from BrandAlley.
Any helpful candidate suggestions from yourself?
Apparently they do they odd shoe that is down with the kids.
Skechers are part of the go to uniform of American Dad on Holiday. This outfit consists of some pair of style deprived walking trainer/Skecher, knee length manky shorts, crap t shirt and the ubiquitous baseball cap. Uncanny how many blokes dress just like that in the US.
So I wrote to Redwing, who immediately offered an exchange. I've been wearing the new pair for about six weeks now, and they are (both!) really comfortable. Lovely footwear and great customer service.
