There should really be more about her in publications, a woman of this calibre needs to known about!
I know about her because she used to get mentioned in Guitar Player a lot in the 1980s, especially in Tommy Tedesco's Studio Log column.
For a moment I was actually going to write that I hadn't heard any of her playing....

I'm fairly certain the solo was played by Glenn Campbell on Carol's Danelectro longhorn 6 string bass (them both being part of the wrecking crew and all) .
