Juansolo ‘The Enchanter’, use mine with a Princeton. Works great adding a bit of hair to the sound without changing it much. Versatile e.q. Timmy based but the controls are the right way round and is a bit smoother.
Mad Professor (well the cheap Joyo clone) did the job for me when I used pedals for this kind of sound
Nice pedal
The Zendrive is pretty versatile, but I don't find it very inspiring. The Honey Bee, on the other hand, is pretty great, and has amazing touch sensitivity. You can go from jazzy cleans to crunch and smooth lead just via picking.
The pick of the bunch, though, is maybe the Sexdrive. I don't like it with the gain wound up much past half way (although that's a nice crunchy sound), but with the gain down a bit, you get a fantastic clean boost, with a little bit of breakup, and a really amazing EQ/compression thing happening, that brings out loads of sparkle and harmonic complexity, without overtly colouring the overall tone. It's just a "make everything sound more expensive" button.
For a Klone, check out the Fredric Effects Golden Eagle.
if its a standalone drive you're after have a look at a magnetic effects Sandare, which can work as a boost or overdive. Theres loads to choose from!
If you want to get a great sound without breaking the bank, you honestly cant go wrong with the Raygun Fx Soda Drive. Three different gain types and sounds ace!

I only sold it because I built the Honey Bee (and didn't need two near-identical pedals).
