I like SGs, anyway, but that’s awesome!
so if you fancy a reissue of a guitar they never made in a colour they never used then it probably isn't too overpriced.

  • the Bigsby is a right royal turn-off
"Working" software has only unobserved bugs. (Parroty Error: Pieces of Nine! Pieces of Nine!)
Seriously: If you value it, take/fetch it yourself

  • I've never owned an SG but I have it somewhere in my mind that a Bigsby is just enough weight to improve the balance.
    Looks nice.

A good one only needs the Maestro to be balanced.

  • No such thing as a bad SG (as long as the headstock's attached)

It has come to me where I got that idea from - the Elliot Easton SG which actually has a Maestro rather than a Bigsby.

Oh man. Love this. Would seriously consider almost any SG with a Bigsby...

It would look even nicer in cherry or walnut finish.

  • That's a beauty, and I'll say it.  I like the Bigsby, in fact I installed one on the SG I had in the 80's.

agree - white always looks better with some of that creamy/custard vibe - ditto LP Custom - ditto on a Ricky bass

White SG's are lovely, as are white Les Pauls.  Wouldn't fancy the Bigsby though personally.

There's always those who don't like/hate bigsby's, but it is a big part of the appeal to me. I quite fancy making a guitar like that now, although mine would be off white and older/used looking. Hmmmn ...... will have to think about this.
