The only thing I'd question is having part embroidered and part printed - would it not be more cost effective to print both?

Depends what you mean by "cost effective" I s'pose.

It'd be cheaper not to have embroidery.  It would be cheaper to print only one side.  It would be cheaper to use FotL t-shirts.  It would be cheaper to use a cheaper supplier. 

But I've deliberately not searched for "cheap" ...

Just swapping emails with the likely supplier atm, and waiting on Basher to tweak the final designs, and then ... I'll be round collecting the cashes.

I was thinking "less expensive" rather than "cheaper".

We'd save the differential in the origination / set-up charge (c£10) and the differential in pricing between embroidery and printing (c 40p/unit).

So between 50p-70p per unit cost price.  Which I decided was worth paying for the added "quality" of the embroidery.

I'm in danger of entering/opening a debate here, that I really have no inclination to do.

Good work @TTony I'll vote for white print on black but I'll still have one even if outvoted on the colour issue. grey doesn't suit me. I guess I need L these days (I used to be S)
