Mark is an ebay seller who has, shall we say, some unique ideas about setup and modding.

I have spent a month refitting and extensively insulating the workshop to include a spray booth, new paint prep area, assembly area, polishing station and dedicated fretwork and electrical assembly areas, all taking up at least a couple of square metres of benchspace.
the first result of which is the pics above but this is the spray booth...
before the question is asked, the labour saving work holding jig is home made and I made all the PTFE bearings on my lathe here to suit the materials I had...

the pink swirled PGM I posted.... I made in 2008 and was swirled by OOTS (out of this swirled) but Alan never had time to flat and polish the back and sides, so I finally got around to it This is Paul playing it in 2008 after I was lucky enough to get a lesson with him.. the neck is long gone so I gotta make a new one for it, what should it be ?

Having now actually looked at the colour of the guitar :P I am inclined to agree with @ThePrettyDamned

I guess you could do a maple neck with an ebony fb without inlays.

It's kinda hard to visualise because the colour is so wild, I really want to suggest something quirky but it would probably clash.

maybe macassar ebony might work if you get the right piece.
