My father in law is President of a shoot club in Sydney. I've shot a magnum 44 and 45, 22s and some old Smith and western guns.
Was much better with the heavier guns rather than the 22.

Rabbit is a really underrated meat, versatile too.  IMO I don't think enough butchers stock it (well the ones near where I live anyway).
